To facilitate this process, IILM GSM regularly organizes management development programmes for corporate managers and senior officials.
IILM GSM is an active participant not only in knowledge generation but also in knowledge upgradation through faculty training. Faculty training programmes for hands-on skills and knowledge enhancement are organized at regular intervals. In some of the areas, IILM GSM has developed a niche and organizes AICTE sponsored as well as individual FDPs, such as SPSS, EViews training, Tax planning etc.
