Admission Process: P.G.D.M in Management

Batch Size

The Institute inducts 180 students to its two-year full-time PGDM programme.

Stage 1

Mandatory appearance in CAT 2011. Detailed information of the test can be obtained from the advertisements released by IIM’s in various national dailies.

Stage 2

Filling up of IILM Graduate School of Management Application form separately.

All students seeking admission to IILM Graduate School of Management must fill-up the prescribed application form, and submit the same to IILM Graduate School of Management Admission Office along with the required processing fee before the deadline.

The application pack can be procured in the following ways:

1. Writing to IILM Graduate School of Management Admission Office with requisite application cost. (through demand draft of Rs.1200 only drawn in  favor of IGSM Fee Collection Account, payable at  New Delhi); OR

2. Picking up the application pack from IILM Counselors located in various cities, (a list of the counselors is available on IILM website); OR

3. Down-loading the application form from website www.iilmgsm.ac.in . The same should be submitted through demand draft of Rs.1200 only drawn in favor of IGSM Fee Collection Account, payable at New Delhi.

Stage 3

Appearance in Group Discussion and Personal Interview

The dates for the group discussion and interview would be intimated to short-listed candidates through email and letter. For outstation candidates, group discussions and personal interviews will be conducted at Greater Noida, Indore, Chandigarh, Bhubaneshwar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Varanasi, Lucknow, Kolkata, Jaipur, Allahabad, Dehradun, Ranchi, Kanpur, Patna and Pune. The centers may be changed at the discretion of IILM Graduate School of Management without specifying any reasons.

Stage 4

Deposition of the requisite fee

• The admissions would be final only after the payment of stated fee along with security deposit (as mentioned in the admission offer letter).
• Fee refund policy is as per the guidelines laid down by the AICTE.

Admission Criteria

For admission to IILM Graduate School of Management PGDM programme, student's score in entrance test CAT 2011, group discussion, and personal interview would be used for preparing the merit list.
