Introduction
HR professional with 5 years of industrial and teaching experience in Organizational Development, Strategic Planning, Change Management, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, HR Policy formulation and the like. Mohd. Wassem has done his Master in Human Resource and Organizational Development (MHROD) from Delhi School of Economics, Delhi University. His industrial exposure includes working for companies like NTPC Ltd (A Nav Ratna PSU), where he was nominated for prestigious gold medal for his meritorious services. His last corporate assignment was with Aricent Inc., A Kohlberg Kravis Roberts-KKR portfolio Company, in Organizational Development department responsible for Global Reward and Recognition, Competency Deployment, Talent Management and Employee Engagement. As a faculty, he has been associated with institutes like ICFAI, SriSIIM etc in regular and visiting capacity.
