Introduction:
Lipi Das is a Soft Skills Management Consultant with area of expertise - Soft Skills Training , Consultancy and Customer Relationship Management .
With a rich background in Customer Service Management functions of organization like Blue Dart Express, Modi Korea Telecom and TNT Global Express Logistics and Freight across India and as Head-Academics ITFT-Chandigarh, she has gained varied experience in the corporate sector .Her Corporate domain expertise comes from handling start-ups like Telemarketing Function ,ISO Standardization of Customer Service Processes and Procedures, Team Management, Leadership.
Her Training, Curriculum, Content Development and Design experience includes modules on Life Skills ,Employability Skills, Communication and Service Industry Management for Business Schools and Corporate.
She has also conducted Training Programs on soft skills for Police (Chandigarh Administration) and Ex-Defense Service Officers.

As Customer Service Manager -Under my supervision the Chennai Customer Service Team was awarded with “Regional High Flyer Award”for TNT Express Global Express Logistics Ltd in 2002
As Senior Executive-Customer Service -Received “Bravo Blue Darter” award- (Certificate of commendation) for outstanding performance in 1995.
Qualification and Experience:
Post-Graduate Diploma in Management-AIMA-CME, PG (HON) in Airlines, Tourism and Hospitality (ITFT) and M.A (History), Delhi University.
