Dr. Nigam has almost two decades of experience in management teaching, research, training & consulting. As academic administrator he has been part of core team in establishing number of B-Schools.
Qualification and Experience
Ph. D. in Business Administration from AGRA University in 1995.
M.B.A. With Dual specialization in HR & Marketing from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi in 1988
LL.B. With concentration in Labour Laws from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi in 1989

Academic:
Authored a textbook on Total Quality Management for management students
Member textbook development Team of Business Studies for Class XI & XII of NCERT (A Government Of India organization responsible for shaping education at school level)
presented a research paper titled “Zeroing The Attrition Rate” at National Seminar on “Management Challenges In The Next Decade 2005-2015” organized by UP Technical University at Allahabad.
Published a paper along with Dr. Mihir Shome on “Measuring QWL and Belief about work in an Electronic Organisation”, Management Insight, 2004
Presented a paper on "Role Of Human Resource Development For Project Directors" as resource person in the international training programme conducted in association with AARRO.
Paper on "IMPORTANCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN ORGANISATION" was published in a Journal published from Jaipur and was later incorporated in the book titled "HUMAN RESOURCE ACCOUNTING" a collection of selected papers on contemporary issues of HRM
