Introduction: Dr.Harpreet Kaur has more than 13 years of work experience in Teaching, Corporate and Research. Her research interests include business laws, labour laws, consumer protection, corporate governance and international trade laws. She has presented research papers in reputed national and international conferences and participated in Management Development Programmes.

.Authored a paper titled “Corporate Fraud: Auditors’ and Managerial Liability” and presented in Ist Conference on Corporate Governance, fraud, ethics and social responsibility” organized by Trakya University, Edirne, Turkey on 11th to 14th June’09.
· Authored a paper titled “Legal Challenges presented by Global Environmental Crisis” and presented in a Conference organized by Commonwealth Legal Education Association, at City University, Hong Kong, 31st Mar - 2nd April’09.
· Authored a paper titled “Legal Foundation of Corporate Social Responsibility” and presented in absentia in an International Conference organized by XIDAS, Jabalpur, Dec’ 08.
