I am a legal professional with flare for teaching. I joined the Institute for Integrated Learning in Management-Graduate School of Management in February, 07. Working here for around four years, I have seen and experienced the important phase of shifting to new campus in Greater Noida from Lodhi Road. I can say that I had real experience of teaching here with good quality of students. Apart from improving my pedagogy, I was able to focus on self-development due to research oriented environment in the Institute. Focus of the management is on increasing intellectual property of the Institute which motivates faculty to put more efforts in doing research work. Overall environment of the Institute is good for developing teaching quality and self-development by taking administrative responsibilities too.
