Admission Manager
The main purpose of this position is to promote the Institute in the Student Community – both Undergraduates & Post-Graduates and enhance student enrollments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Marketing of IILM brand to undergraduate & post-graduate students.
2. Extensive relationship management with Education Counselors/ Agents /Consultants.
3. Maintaining updated Students Database.
4. Network with Schools , Colleges and Coaching Institutes in order to reach out to a larger set of prospective students for different courses at IILM.
5. Plan & implement advertising/publicity campaigns/events in campuses.
6. Travel extensively to reach out to prospective students from all parts of the country.
7. Organise, schedule & conduct interviews for selection to different courses.
Qualifications & Skills / Attributes Required:
1. MBA/PGDBM with Marketing or Sales or HR specialsation is essential.
2. Experience in a similar role (in the admissions team of any reputed school / college) is desired.
3. Excellent communication skills with a very pleasing personality.
4. Comfortable with travel.
5. Proficiency in Computers. Able to handle large databses with an eye for detail.
6. Strong organisational ability & capable of working under pressure and maintain deadlines.
