She has an experience of 10 years covering management consulting and
teaching at various capacities. She has been actively involved in student mentoring and
employability activities. Student counselling has been area of great interest to her.Vidya
engages herself into research into employability and management strategy related areas.
She has had successful engagements as Corporate Trainer, Facilitator for implementation of
organisational development and Faculty for Executive Programs of premier institutes like
XLRI, NMIMS and others.
Alongside having publications including articles and case analysis, she has been a Guest
Faculty at IIPM and other colleges of repute.
