Introduction
Dr. Aman has worked as a Assistant Professor in EMPI B-School, New Delhi. She has got specialization in Training and Development. Along with teaching training and development to the PGDM students she was also actively involved in conducting Management Development Program at EMPI
She has several years of corporate experience in the field of Human resource management performing various roles, including training, consulting, and data analysis. She has spent over 4 years doing extensive research work studying various aspects of HRM and training and development. She has authored a book, MCQ'S on Extension of Management? Personnel Management, published by Galgotia Publishers Ltd, New Delhi. She has also published several research papers in academic journals on topics like effectiveness of training programs in the banking sector, motivation of employees to improve work through learning, a stakeholder based approach to managing the training process etc She has recently presented paper in International conference held in HI, US.

PhD (Training & Devlopment), MBA (HRM), Diploma in T & D from Indian Society of Training & Development
