Association of Indian Universities (AIU) provides certification of MBA equivalence to PGDM courses. IILM Graduate School of Management has been granted equivalence certification by the AIU.

PGDM program of IILM-GSM continues getting MBA degree equivalence from Association of Indian Universities (AIU). This MBA equivalence was accorded to PGDM program of IGSM by AIU way back in 2003 after a rigorous quality check of IGSM curriculum, pedagogy, faculty expertise and infrastructure. Now, a revisit by an AIU team comprising of the Secretary AIU and two vice –chancellors of prestigious universities in India on 29th January 2010 extended this privilege till 24th September.

• Association of Indian Universities in the nodal agency for granting academic equivalence to the degrees awarded by the accredited foreign universities / Institutions for purpose of admission to higher courses.

• What does MBA equivalence of IGSM PGDM mean-

  • The PGDM diploma of IGSM gets a masters degree equivalence, and becomes at par with MBA degree.

  • International recognition of the PGDM from IGSM- The students graduating from this program would be at par with any other student acquiring MBA or any other Post Graduation degree from recognized Universities in India and any other academic institution abroad whose degree is recognized by AIU.

  • All IGSM PGDM degree graduates will be eligible to pursue higher studies and PhD program in any University in India and elsewhere.
